Digital print, taken from my Screen Print of the Shambles, York
Some people often refer to the Shambles, in York, as the real-life Diagon Alley from the Harry Potter series. With its whimsical feel and the higgledy-piggledy, precarious structure of the buildings, it's easy to see why. Rumour has it that the Shambles inspired JK Rowling in her creation of the Harry Potter street itself. If you're looking for a gift for someone who loves all things Harry Potter, or indeed, all things York related, this art piece is ideal!
